Hey JimmyC, I know that is something that seems to be a problem with sites like this, but I'm coming up with different ideas that will allow that to be different. I'm very big on enabling the community as a whole to maintain sites themselves, in a way. On many sites that I own/operate I've implemented a type of "vote them off the island" theory in moderating, allowing a set count of votes against a post or user to determine if the post/user should leave.
I don't think that'd be the best approach for this particular site, but I'm working up some theories. =O)
