I also recommend Lott. he is an honest researcher and as one said, the book is not exciting to tread. It is not supposed to be.

One can never know if open carry prevented a crime. By lacking this information, one can only guess at a conclusion.
The 1911 is an antiquated weapons system but then again, so am I.

I don't think there is accurate info around about that unless there was a shooting involved. Then it would be in Police Records
