Restaurants, yes. Bars, no. Bar parts of restaurants, no. The definition is "primarily devoted to the purpose of...". On Clearwater Beach itself, the "tourist trap" beach-front bars are exactly that - bars; regardless of whether food is on offer or not.Originally Posted by cnova

Florida allows restaurant carry , as long as you do not enter an establishment or portion of any establishment which sole purpose is to sell alchohol for onsite comsumption . You may sit at a table and have a drink , but do not approach the bar portion .
Anyone make a IWB holster for my AR ??
