Even though you didn't hear back from them, it is still a good idea to keep it concealed while you are on their boat.

Sometimes, it's better to not ask a question for which you fear the answer.
No answer to me sounds like approval. No business will go on the record to approve of a private citizen carrying a firearm. Think of the potential legal consequences if they did.
If the business doesn't explicity say you can't, and the state laws say you can, keep it concealed and go about your business.
Caveat: IANAL. It's just my stupid opinion. Do your own legal research, or contact an attorney.

I was just there last week, and I didn't see any sign's that said other wise. I carried the entire time while on the island. Concealed means concealed.
