    The penalty section 2923.121(E) Is identical except for adding the word "a" in front of the word "liquor". It was an F3 in the old law and it is an F3 now.

    Only words that are underlined are being added and words struck out are being removed. Words not underlined or struck out are unchanged between the old law and the new law.

    I don't drink, never have and never will, and so don't understand the appeal of alcohol. Being drunk, however, is irresponsible and has consequences. This guy will find out what his are.
