Napa County, CA - CCW friendly or not?

Smitty Junior currently resides in Napa Co. but is currently overwhelmed with building his career and doesn't get any serious time off until next year some time. Just thinking ahead here... I'd like to subsidize training and a sidearm for him, but first - is Napa County one of "those" where the average citizen has essentially zero chance of getting a CCW?

Napa is listed as possible but not likely. Check out this map:

Assault is a type of behavior, not a type of hardware.

How can you praise freedom, and condemn that which gains and preserves it?

Just what I was looking for, even though it's not the answer I hoped for.

    Thanks!

Last time I was in downtown Napa, there were kids smoking dope openly on the courthouse lawn.
I'd say the residents are not too conservative.
