They have people running around now denying it but I have sat in the meetings. I have to many family members that are in the teachers union and the make it clear that will be on the list with in the next 24 months.
If you been paying attention you would have seen the test bills they been floating for reaction. They are watching the numbers of CC permits issued closely. Anything less they 300K issue the will move on repeal right away over that they will take the back door to repeal it count on it.

Smitty where are you finding this? Can you steer me/us to any sites? I would like to get on top of this ASAP?

According to their own rules, I should have received one or the other within 45 days - which would have been December 20th.

Here we are, 18 days later, and still no word. Does anyone know of any recourse I might have in this matter? I find the entire matter very frustrating, but as far as I can tell there don't seem to be any penalties for failing to meet their deadline. In other words, they MUST send me my license or a letter of rejection by the deadline - unless, of course, they don't feel like it, in which case it sucks to be me.

Anyone who had a similar problem and was able to solve it, or with ideas on what steps I should take next, please help!

I am a Union member and my union is helping fund it. To family members that are teachers are working their tail so ff on it.
your not going to get on top of it they have planned out their response to question and how they will move. Plans are based on the numbers issued and what time frame.
One plan is to slowly add reasonable restriction, stuff "nobody would disagree with" then keep adding them till no one can carry anywhere.
If you have been paying attention you would have seen the tests they were doing talking about Bills limiting were you can carry like gas station they then pull it back.
This is all for a reason. Enforcing the 1000 foot rule even for CC they know that in most major cities you always near a school zone.
They held it off for 20 years they are not happy it got by them.

What ever happened to teachers? Why can't they confine their expertise to reading, writing and arithmetic. Just who in the hell do they think they are? This socialist agenda has got to stop! Walkers got my vote.

    Appeal of license denial
What are my rights if my license application is denied?
If DOJ denies a completed application, DOJ must inform the applicant in writing, stating the reason and factual basis for the denial. Wis. Stat. 175.60(9)(b)2. This denial or approval must be completed within 45 days of completed applications submitted between November 1, 2011, and December 1, 2011, and within 21 days for completed applications submitted on or after December 1, 2011. Wis. Stat. 175.60(9)(b); Wis. Act 35, 100(2). These time limits do not apply to incomplete applications.

DOJ has promulgated rules that provide for the administrative review of any action by DOJ that denies a license application or suspends or revokes a license. Wis. Stat. 175.60(14g).

A person whose license has been denied, suspended, or revoked by DOJ may also appeal directly to the circuit court of the county in which the individual resides. Wis. Stat. 175.60(14m)(a) and (b).

A court appeal must be initiated by filing a petition for review within 30 days of receiving notice of the denial, revocation or suspension. Wis. Stat. 175.60(14m)(b).

Shot with WINCHESTER RANGER T SERIES 9MM 147 grain little bit deep on penetration even into the ground so be careful to be positive of your target, not that you shouldn't be anyway but these guys go threw and continue with some serious force.

The first pic is just rotten pumpkin second is the entry points last is the exit points. 5 total rounds.
