    Amanda mailed hers from home on Feb 4th It was issued on FEB 8th received FEB 10 number 72xxx
    Six days from the time she put it int the mail box till it was in her hand.

    WD, I agree 100% with the above comments however what worries me is the ignorance of the Wisconsin voters. Only the 3rd state to ever try to recall a govenor. All because he asked public employees to contribute to their benifits? I encourage everyone I know to apply for permits however I would not be surprised if Wisconsin became the first state ever to have our right repealed by the doyle wannabe's. I hope I am wrong..
