The News Talk Show "The Five" on FNC just had a very lively discussion on Concealed Carry. One of the talking heads, Greg Gutfeld, gave a blistering pro gun monologue. The story stemmed from the recent SC Sheriff in response to a recent rape advise all women to get a .45.
Interesting to hear that all but one was vehemently for carry except one and even he agreed with the reported use a CCW to assist. It occurs in the last 15 minutes if you are interested.

Beckel is very much against concealed carry. In fact he is against private gun ownership period. And yet he said the CCW holder who shot and killed the low life that pistol whipped the lady in Minn. did a great job. What a wonderful job of contradicting himself. Idiot!!!!

I also saw this today. Talk about stereotyping people? They made it out like everyone that carries a gun is a redneck. They were very snobbish about the whole thing.
There was a lady that admitted that she'd like to carry but can't do so because she lives in NY. That's very sad.

It's OK to disagree and say something like, "I don't agree with concealed carry for citizens because [cite facts, analysis, or statistics]. However, it's a lot easier to simply smear your intellectual opponent with unprovable slander.
