    I guess the old saying about don't threaten old men we won't take an ass beating or sumpin like that,I guess Old men shouldn't threaten other people in Washington state or they might get shot

    Very similar to the FL laws. The benefit if diybt goes to Self defence.

    I had no idea the WA law would be THAT pro self defense. It's very good that the state has to pay for attorney and time lost cost if self defense is upheld in a given case. It should be that way all over the USA.
