Just applied for my CCW at the courthouse in Seattle. I was wondering if anyone knew how long it took them to receive their CCW from King County
in Washington. Let me know... Thanks :-)

I received my Washington State CPL license from the King County Sheriff office 30 days after my application and fee were accepted at the courthouse downtown.

King County has a reputation for providing very good service related to CPLs. My renewal took only about 30 minutes.
yeah i made it in and out in about 40 minutes or so... the service at the courthouse was great.... no complaints whatsoever
Another good thing about Washington is that, when you are renewing, you can go to any police or sheriff's office that does licenses, to renew, even if it is not the one where you originally applied, or the one in your city. I have renewed in three separate cities over the years, just because it was closer or more convenient than trying to get home after work before my local LE shop closed.
The only question I got was, "Why are you renewing here instead of Seattle?" "Because it's handy for me to do it today." The answer was always, "OK" and they went right ahead and did it on the spot.
Pretty nice, for a liberal state like this one.

It took a little under 30 days, and this was a couple of months back. Pretty decent service, and nice people...
applied 3 weeks ago so hope it gets here at 30 days
Used to be pretty fast but they said on the news 2 nites ago that the whole state is seeing more than double the # of applications and they dont have the personnel to handle them all. So it's going slower.
Good luck!

I think you can find the 30 day limit by reading the CCW portions of the state law. You can find them online.
My take (no proof) is that King County tries to be as close to 30 days as they can. Some in other counties report much faster turnarounds. Reports in King are almost always near 30 days.

Yup 30 days max. They have to give or deny by then
Got mine last year before all this jazz started and I got mine on the west side of the sound in a week. The fbi must be buuuuuuusy
In King? If so that is interesting. But I'm guessing you mean Kitsap.
