Looks like a test for the new castle doctrine. Hope the real victim is cleared. Seems like a good shoot to me..
Don"t let stupid be your skill set....

Never be ashamed of a scar. It simply means, that you were stronger than whatever tried to hurt you......

Already running here: Good: handgun over baseball bats. Bad: love triangle

It was a woman what started it all...

But the DA seems to say it was a justified shoot... But it's still under investigation...
    Rats!
    It could be worse!
    I suppose

Why are they called "victims"? They went to the house with baseball bats...

Article doesn't go into details as to what he was a victim of. My vote is "victim of his own stupidity"

I remember reading on one of the forums; might even be this one, that someone said that they would rather have a baseball bat than a .380acp handgun Merry Christmas and God Bless

"The resident, who was not identified, allegedly had argued with his girlfriend, who is also Joshua Levin's wife, and she called Levin to come and get her, Ferman said."

It's not like he was on some crazy rampage; his wife was threatened by some other dude. How do you think most people would react?

He's probably better off with bats anyway - he could try to take the high road and divorce her, but he would still have to pay alimony.

There really isn't a lot of information, and it's just a strange scenario, but all parties involved are to blame in some way.

I do believe the father should be charged with the murder of his son!
