The G26 and a G17 mag on me and one on in my "man bag" that I like to call my courier bag or satchel.
Gen 1 G17, Gen 3 G23, Gen 4 G26, 870P, MkIII 678, 10/22 Carbine
Usually one spare mag. Not because I think I'll need the round count, but because the drill for clearing a malfunction may require replacing the magazine.

Blame it on Sixto - now that is a viable plan.
14 rds total, 1 mag in gun and one spare just in case of a mag failure or malfunction.
2 spares for a total of 40 rds
lately I'm carrying the PPK/s too (breaking in the holster and I don't trust it enough to carry it by itself.)
Usually my G19 with one spare mag, sometimes two so 31 or 46 rounds. For the few occasions I carry my J-frame I usually have two speedloaders, I guess you could say that is optimistic (or perhaps pessimistic, depending on how you look at it) but it doesn't hurt to carry it so why not?
Sometimes in life you have to stand your ground. It's a hard lesson to learn and even most adults don't get it, but in the end only I can be responsible for my life. If faced with any type of adversity, only I can overcome it. Waiting for someone else to take responsibility is a long fruitless wait.
Usually 1 extra for double stack mags and 2 for single stack mags.
Don't believe what you hear and only half of what you see!
I carry two extra clips of 40cal for my sidearm ( total of 49 ), I carry 40 assorted 12 ga rounds ( bean bags, flash bangs, rubber bullets, 00 buckshot and slugs) for my 887 Remington and I carry 2 full clips of 223 for my AR-15
my Sig 239/40 is topped off with 5 extra rounds
in a j-frame

G19 with 2 spare 15 rd mags. 46 totals rds.
Just one extra mag or one speed strip...depending on which gun.
Exceptions to the rule are when traveling to Jax or Orlando...then two extra.
