OMYGOD! The Man Who Participated In Attempt to Kill Mother & Child OUT ON BAIL

Great, this is the Self-Defense story about a woman who shot and killed an intruder to save her and her baby's life. (The woman, on a side note, had just been widowed the week before). She was not charged by the DA. It was Self-Defense.

So they just let the accomplice out on bail, the accomplice of the man who this woman killed in Self-Defense. The accomplish is presently charged with First Degree Felony Murder.

Guess who he might be interested in harming? Stupidest thing I ever heard of. Imagine how the poor young mother feels right now? Hasn't she been through ENOUGH?

PLEASE NOTE THE STORY AS WELL AS THE VIDEO: THE JUDGE WAS NOT THE CULPRIT IN THIS (or the only one): IT WAS THE PROSECUTORS WHO RECOMMENDED BAIL AND AT JUST $50,000 BOND

Something is wrong here. Who the heck ever gets out on bail when the charge is first degree felony murder?

And what bondsman would take that? You'd have to handcuff the dude to his bed and leave a couple of guards on him; or get one heck of a good collateral from momma.

To get out, the guy had but a $50,000 bond. And PROSECUTORS recommended this! Wha.....?

Why are you guys surprised? Don't you know by now that the "justice" (now that's a useless word) system is geared to protect the BGs. The GGs shouldn't really need it. Of course if the bleeding heart lawyers & judges have violence come their way they might feel differently about BGs.

Yeah, but this wasn't "bleeding heart lawyers", this was the flippin' PROSECUTORS!

When was the last time you heard of the same prosecutors who charged someone with First Degree Felony Murder recommending for the same guy: Bail, and bail at $50,000?!

And with the intended victim of that crime, a young widowed mother, now sitting there alone with her baby and unprotected - and in VERY plain sight!

This is the VICTIM - and SHE needs the world-class attorney. (AND a Swat-Team)

I consider both the rights of a victim and the rights of an untried defendant - but I have to say, I am disgusted and amazed at this.

Who ever said that the Judge has to abide by the prosecutor's recommendations? He/she could have easily called BS and made his/her own decision. Total morons, all of them.

It was both. The prosecutor not asking for remand but instead 50K and the judge granting bail.
