I was speaking with a friend of mine and the conversation went something like this:
Friend: Do you carry?
Me: I can't answer that question.
Friend: Oh, so it must be a legal thing.
Me: No, actually it is a tactical thing. If I say yes, I am the first person you shoot. If I say no, I am the first person you rob.
