Glock 23 in a VM-II or TT Gun Leather OWB depending on clothing. This is going to change to a G30 in a week or so though, It'd be nice if it would fit in my current holsters but I expect it won't.
Currently a .40 Shield or TCP 738 depending on what I'm wearing.

Since The Wife swiped my XD9, I bounce back and forth between my Glock 23C and my Smith and Wesson Model 66 in 2.5".
