I know first hand because I have them: Florida and Utah. There may be others but with Florida, Utah and Wisconsin I can carry in all the states I need to.

New Hampshire will do the permit by mail, but I believe you must have a valid permit from another state and NH does not recognize their non resident permit.

Vermont citizens can apply, but they need a letter from their County Sheriff stating good character.

Same here, I don't have Wisconsin, but I don't need it because I live in Texas and have a CHL here, that Wisconsin accepts. But I have Florida and Utah.

The vBulletin software does this automatically. It's a bit annoying...

When I was filling out my renewal for my CO (Douglas, Co) CCW I noticed a space that ask if I was a CO Resident and if not justification for a CCW permit. Why would the application have just a box if CO doesn't issue a non-res permit? Is a non-res by may issue only?
