If it is not in the US Constitution then the Federal Government should not be doing it.

    Contact Them

Texas was the hold up but Texas will now sign with anyone. We just have to get them together. Contact both TX DPS and NH Dept of Safety and tell them there is no reason they can't sign an agreement.

Once more gary - thanks for getting us another heads up.

I like all good news - now if only PA had some more states on its reciprocity list. WV would be real handy for me. Wish too when headin' South I didn't have planet MD to go thru!!!

    Texas

The people in positions in Texas stated they woudl sign with other states that had similar laws etc etc and now Governor Rick Perry is going above and beyond. He is signing Unilateral Proclamations saying Texas will honor a states permit even if that state will not honor a Texas Permit.

The Governor has made Unilateral Proclamations stating that Texas will honor a Rhode Island, New York, Hawaii, Washington, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Maryland, California, Connecticut, Iowa and Nevada and none of them will honor a Texas permit. Washington is the only state that has Reciprocity in their law and can sign with Texas. So they are doing all they can to get people to honor their permit now.

They will sign with anyone who will sign with them now. They honor 38 other state permits.

Arizona residents only? Or non residents also?

In the past New Hampshire has only honored resident permits - has this changed? The posting did not address this point.

For example, Florida residents with a Florida permit can carry in New Hampshire, but non-residents of Florida with a Florida permit cannot carry in New Hampshire.

Does this reciprocity mean that non-residents of Arizona with an Arizona permit can carry in New Hampshire?

    Please clarify.

    New Hampshire

New Hampshire will only honor permits from residents of the issuing state.
