Same in FL. Unless prohibited by state law signs are meaninless. It does not keep some from trying though. For instance 5/3 bank has a sign I believe in Tampa and a metal detector. Here is a list from Florida Carry:

    Anti-Gun Businesses

I have had a membership in Costco since 1985 and just let it expire after seeing their name on this list.

As noted several time above in this thread; the laws governing this topic are state to state. In Washington, (Home of Costco) there are very few restaurants with 'no gun' signs. It is illegal to carry a gun in a bar, in this state, however restaurants are OK, so long as you are not seated in the 'bar' section of the establishment.

I always carry in Costco and have never sen a sign in any of there stores here. There is a brand new Buffalo Wild Wings near my home and I went i to get a take out menu shortly after they opened. No signage to be seen, so when I go back, I'll be carrying concealed.

    Again....it depends on the state.
