    I would also venture to say that many people on many of the forums are not in as good of shape as they lead people into thinking. For the guys that are in good shape I salute you. Many people, to to almost be fitness gurus when in fact they are not. It is a fact that most Americans are out of shape, yes, this includes cops, firefighters, and bad guys. There are absolutely people who are in shape on these forums, however, I would suspect it is not as many as it seems just by reading these pages or ones from any of the other forums on the internet.
