    moving to pryor oklahoma

    im moving to Pryor Oklahoma in a week for work for awhile for the first few months i will be staying in a hotel. i will be taking a small safe with me for security of my valuables. other than that does anyone have any suggestions or advice for me that would be helpful about the area and gun issues. o and i am moving from middle missouri. thanks

    I'm not familiar with the Pryor area, but I lived in SW OK for 17 years. The link mir1m gave you is the online version of the booklet I was given when I got my permit in 1995. Full of good information. One thing to be aware of, even accidental weapon exposure can lead to a suspension of your permit, with winds being what they are in the springtime in OK, be very careful with your cover garment.
