I do appreciate the feedback though. Haven't had time to contact anyone yet. Likely easiest answer is just leave it in the car, than to jeapardize a 4th degree felony for carrying into a store that sells liquor.

BTW, we have a couple of pro-2nd organizations that have been trying to lobby and change these laws. One battle at a time, eventually we'll hopefully have a more reasonable prohibited list of places we can't carry. That reminds me, I've need to submit my application to join them to extend my support toward this.

The licensee the law is referring to is the liquor store owner, not you. i.e. the liquor licence holder. Hence the term 'agent of the licensee'. Why would you want to dismantle your gun and give it to a stranger?
