The only common sense gun legislation was written about 224 years ago.

I carry always not because I go places trouble is likely, but because trouble has a habit of not staying in its assigned zone.

The only problem I have is that the dirtbag did not become horizontal...still a 'repeat offender'.
    Good work by the CCW'er.

I am glad it all worked out and he won't be charged. From reading the article, he has an interesting take on a good shot. Also, he does not seem to have come to terms with the fact that a BG may expire if he has to shoot.

Over all the outcome very good. Good guy 01, BG 0.
I just wonder if this is being talked about in the hood??
I still believe that the BG's will continue to be bad and adjust there game plan, targeting the businesses that post No Weapons.

It sounds as though he might have been going for a non-lethal shot.

I think Nazier kept his cool remarkably well. Remembered his training. Made sure of his target and what was behind it, managed to get the person behind the bad guy to move before taking the shot. Fortunately the bad guy didn't reflexively pull the trigger on his gun and hit the clerk.

Nazier is glad he doesn't have to live with the guy's death on his mind. I'm glad he doesn't too.

It all worked out, attack by perps ended with no one else getting hurt, but there was, and probably always is, some luck involved.

    Well done Nazier.

The Media sounded better today with the story. However I don't know if the BG got charged yet. Maybe the DA is waiting till after he gets released from the Hospital or something.

The Aldi store should give our new hero a ham or something!
