So the wife wants to take the kids to the Omaha Zoo over springbreak, that's cool I have wanted to go up there for a while now. I know I'm coved with my KS permit and know that NE is a "must inform" state. My question is what about the zoo? Is it posted? Is it as cool as it looks? Thanks guys
Probably right under the "NO HUNTING" signs

As an Omaha native the zoo is very cool and worth visiting and yes it is posted. But the zoo is very safe and you can legally just lock it up in your car while you're inside the zoo.

I lived in Omaha for about 5 years. The Zoo is awesome. We live about an hour away now and we still go once or twice a year. I suggest just calling the Zoo and seeing what they say. With the amount of people that are there I'd be surprised if anyone is bold enough to try anything. I've never heard or read about any issues there. And something like that would be leading news here.
Why not call them and ask? They will have the answer and most up to date information.
