    I support ccw bumper stickers???

I was at a gun show Saturday and there was a guy selling I support ccw bumper stickers. He said 2 for $5. I said that I'd rather people not know I might have a gun or a BG might just come out shooting knowing I am armed by the sticker. They'd be cool for the gun case or tool boxes but not on my car.
    Opinions.....?

I'm with you on not wanting to advertise my ccw.

I'm the guy in the crowd and the car in the parking lot that nobody ever notices.

I agree with the OP. Any stickers associated with guns will never be placed on my car or home. You may as well advertise that there may be guns to steal from you.

And, do you really think that your NRA sticker is really going to change anybody's mind?

I find that the only bumper sticker I would put on my car is this one.....

There is no reason to advertise that you have a weapon.

Agreed. The main advantage we have over BGs is the element of surprise, oh yeah and common sense!

Putting a CC bumper sticker on your car says "break in and take my guns that could be in the car!" No thanks...

The only thing that stands out about my car is that it needs a good wash.

Those types of bumper stickers remind me of the scene in the original Red Dawn where they show a truck with a bumper sticker that reads "From My Cold Dead Hands," right next to a a dead American.

Bad idea in my opinion, but to each their own. Personally I don't wear my politics on my bumper or my lapel, gun related or not.

I don't put any stickers on my truck. Wife wanted to get me a Retire Air Force window decal. I told her not to bother.

    I didn't do it.
    Nobody saw me do it.
    You can't prove anything.

Even if I did, I would never advertise it with a bumper sticker.

No stickers on my truck but do have a Vietnam Vet License plate.
Only sticker on wife's SUV is her hospital parking sticker.
No sticker on my gas saving "rollerskate" except for a POW/MIA front plate.

Sometimes in life you have to stand your ground. It's a hard lesson to learn and even most adults don't get it, but in the end only I can be responsible for my life. If faced with any type of adversity, only I can overcome it. Waiting for someone else to take responsibility is a long fruitless wait.
