First off, who wants to carry a made up badge, when most LEO's already carry a real one. Secondly, a badge means essentially nothing without issued departmental ID.......so tell me again the purpose of this one?
That will look impressive pinned to your Conceal Carry Sash.

I am still waiting to catch someone wearing one. I would be less surprised if they had it in their wallet but I've heard people put them on their belts... Can that be? As far as this one goes... This obviously is meant for a LEO to wear or carry... that would be more astonishing than a civvie wearing one.

Turn the election's in 2014 to a "2A Revolution". It will serve as a 1994 refresher not to "infringe" on our Second Amendment. We know who they are now.........SEND 'EM HOME. Our success in this will be proportional to how hard we work to make it happen.
