    Most camera and photo supply stores will carry replacement packages of grey foam to fit the different types of hard cases they sell for expensive camera gear.

    I got some free from my IT (computer people) at work. They sometimes get laptaps that are packed in the stuff. They just throw it away so I asked them if I could have it. I lined my lock box with it.
    Call local computer places and see if they have some they are going to throw away.

    I bought egg crate material from Wally world, cut it to size of box and then traced gun on the back side and cut with a razor knife.
    Works great.
