    Does anyone know if MI accepts WI's CC permit?

    I am planning a trip to MI driving from WI and have found vague information regarding if Michigan accepts Wisconsin's CC permit.

    Anyone have any insight into this?

    I will be driving by myself through the night in the U.P. and would like to have my daily carry with me.

    Michigan is tuff on its own residents, but recognizes all other states permits. I find that odd.

    MI recognizes all other states RESIDENT permits.
