"Florida and only 5 other state still make it a crime to carry an unconcealed handgun."

    What are the other five?

In ID we can carry concealed with a license, or open carry with or without license.

Therefore, I could carry in a speedo IWB holster if I so chose.

    Sorry,not a visual I need!!!!!!!!

You seem to have it a little backwards. If you are OC'ing with no permit, it has to be completely uncovered. If you have a permit, it doesn't matter.

Know the laws of the state you live and abide by them. If you don't like it, get your elected officials to change them or change the officials at the ballot box. That is how our Republic is "suppose to work".

Seems to me that someone called in a "Man With A Gun" as all those cops showed up at the same time. It didn`t look like they mishandled him in any way and even helped him up from his prone position on the sidewalk. His lack of both sense and proper cover for his weapon got him in trouble. In Florida concealed means Concealed and Please don`t scare the Sheep.
