A couple weeks ago in the St. Louis area, a man in his mid sixties was with his wife and grand child.
He came to a highway exit that has multiple lanes exiting.
There were two people on Harley's, a man and his wife.
According to local news, the bikes and the car exited at the same time. The female rider said the car cut her off, upon which time the husband stopped, and walked to the car and argued with the car driver.
The car driver claims that there was confusion on the bikers part about which lane each should have been in.
The argument escalated into a spitting at each other situation, when the biker husband punched the car driver in the face.
The car driver shot the biker in the chest.
The car driver, upon seeing the biker coming back toward his car, grabbed his .380 pistol
from his glove box anticipating this problem in advance.
The biker survived, and no charges were filed.
The car driver was afraid, and left the scene to take his wife and grand baby home.
He then turned himself in to the police.
