My wife, who has her CPL as well, and I were walking into our local Menards yesterday talking about doorbuster signs and how we have never seen one up here in the UP so not a big deal. I look to my right and the guy walking next to me had one of those silly neck-wallet deals hanging around his neck. I am guessing he was in his middle 50's or so. In the clear window where you would assume a drivers license would sit was his CPL license for the whole world to see. I don't get it...

Maybe he's testing the water before he works up to OC. It reminds me of a guy I saw last weekend when I took the wife and daughter out for ice-cream. He had a good sized gun IWB under a relatively small t-shirt. It was like he kinda wanted to hide it, but not really. I was OCing at the time and I almost wasn't sure which of us was more obvious
