Arizona - school grounds.

    Arizona - school grounds.

    Does a day care count as a school in Arizona? I don't see any signs at the daycare saying no weapons.

    Yeah, at least as far as I know School != Child Care Facility.

    Like everyone else, IANAL. Look at the statute for yourself.

    13-3102 - Misconduct involving weapons; defenses; classification; definitions

    A school is defined as a private or public kindergarten, common, or secondary school. So if the facility is a kindergarten, it's a school. If it's not, then it's a daycare and not a school under AZ law.
