Is this the same jury that acquitted OJ?

Bet Kane's Ace Hardware doesn't sell guns anymore. That little NAA .22 is a booger, anyway. Wonder how they can hold the store liable, but not the manufacturer?

Well, the supreme court just came up with Obamacare decision about as bad. The whole world is weird, why should this be any different?

That last batch of light bulbs I purchased didn't come with an owner's manual. Perhaps I'll wrap my finger around the socket while I screw in the next one, to see if I can collect $millions as well.

    Jury dismissed. Next.

I personally believe that to be considered for jury duty that you need to be able to pass a competency test/evaluation.IMHO there are people that are too stupid to sit on a jury and make a rational decision

I think there must have been a gravity inversion or heavy solar flares this week, given the wacky crimes and court decisions in the news.

Next he'll sue the doctor and hospital for not being able to save his leg.

As to the jury....well all I can say is I think an idiot has more sense than they exhibited..

    What ... coffee's hot?!

    What ... knives are sharp?!

What ... it's unsafe to leave a hammer resting on a primer and then drop it?!

What ... if I don't have a manual and don't know how to operate something then it's someone else's responsibility to find out and let me know?!
