You can be on the phone with 911 and render aid to a man down instead of trapping the phone between your face and shoulder.

Hands free is the way to be.
I consider a cellphone as a necessary (and not truly convinced it is necessary) evil. I carry one at work only because I have to, and the company supplies it. My wife and I have a share plan, on which we use at the max 100 minutes a month between us. If cellphones suddenly all stopped working tomorrow, it wouldn't upset me in the least.

X2. Phone on weak side, draw phone with weak hand (and keys on same side). Gun in right front pocket (LC9 in Superfly holster).

If in a holster it's weak side and drawn with my weak hand. I too think we need to manage the degree to which we're "harnessed" to our smart phones. If not in a holster then it's in my strong side front pocket unless I'm carrying a pocket pistol like my Kahr P380.

Does anyone else have one of these? I do. My LEO friends and family don't think my draw time with would be fast enough. I like it because it completely conceals with a tucked-in shirt.

I carry (carried my Blackberry for years) my phone on a belt holster, weak side, and "draw" it with my left hand as well.
Balances my belt a little bit ;)

Keys are also left side, which is kinda backwards for the ignition switch but putting them in the same pocket as my knife weighed too much on one side of my pants. I set my keys left, knife right, way back in jr high. Moved my wallet from right to left when I started carrying a gun.
I don't have a holster for my new iPhone yet, I hate trying to stuff it into pockets. It fits in my front pants pocket but not when I sit down. It fits in my back pocket as long as I'm NOT carrying a gun....Which is why my wallet is also carried on my weak side, and therefore that pocket is unavailable for my phone. At work I often leave it in my jacket pocket on silence since we have relatively safe storage for personal items, or else I can leave it on the office desk in clear view of the cameras. When I'm not at work I guess I usually go front pocket and take it out to sit down. Hope to buy a new case/holster combo for it after Christmas and go back to weak side belt carry.

Concealed carry IWB Strong side 3 o'clock, Iphone weakside front pocket, wallet strongside back pocket, Spyderco Enduro4 Emerson strongside front pocket, unless I'm carrying my BUG without jacket. In that case, BUG front strongside pocket. I LOVE cargo shorts.

CCW and Cell phone holsters: Phone on the same side, in back pocket, weak side?

    I wear these:

    http://www.eddiebauer.com/catalog/pr...mPathInfo=null

Which have a pocket perfect sized for an iPhone on the outside of the lower pockets.

iPhone goes in strong side lower iPhone pocket, wallet goes in weak side large lower pocket. Keys and knife go in weak side upper pocket. Gun (lc9) goes in strong side upper pocket or iwb strong side about 3:00.

The bottom of the butt of the gun can sometimes be visible at the top of my pocket, but I don't think anyone has ever noticed. Mostly it looks like a wallet.

After far too many years carrying the phone strong side and no pistol i've switched to the phone on my weak side hooked to the belt only so it can slide along between belts loops as needed, and the pistol strong side between 3 and 5 as holster/pistol combo dictates.

Yes I have one and I like it but I had to change the pant style. Not due to print but the draw. The pants I normally wore ( pants for work so had 10 of them ) would cause the holster and butt of my Taurus 651 to hang up. Pants had an inside button and the butt would hang up on the material overlap. Different pants work well. I like the Viagra draw. I also carry a TCP738 in back pocket with a wallet holster. Wallet is the extra large alumawallet in my front pocket. Sometimes I use a pouch holster dead center for the 9mm. It is the slowest draw but that is due to lack of practice yet. I have even worn all 3 and no print showed.
So in answer to the thread. 357 on weak side with cross draw. 9mm dead center and 380 strong side back pocket. Spare Clip for 380 in cell phone case of cell pal, phone in phone case strong side( will change that to knife case when I find one I like ) spare clip for 9mm in same pouch ( diff pocket ) as the 9mm. Extra ammo for the 357 in small alumacase in left rear pocket ( weak side )( layer of thin foam stops rattle and it holds 11 rounds ) hope to find dual case for speed strips I like.

I keep the things I need to pull from pockets or pouches on the left side. Phone, flashlight, knife, extra mag, wallet. My gun is the only thing on the right.

My gun is on my strong side. My phone is on my weak side. I draw my phone with my weak side hand, because my weak side has my strong ear.

Gun IWB, SOB. Phone, weak side back pocket beside folder. Mag on belt next to pocket.

CCW and Cell phone holsters: Phone on the same side, in back pocket, weak side?

I carry my gun IWB strong side and place my phone in my back pocket weak side. But I also handle my phone with my weak hand and that's the ear I need to use to so its not awkward for me at all. Women's front pockets tend to be small so sometimes I put my keys in the front pocket but most of the time I drop those in my purse or just carry them.
