Nobody has any recommendations? :o

I would wager for $70 you are not going to find a lot of input. I would look at Milt Sparks if you up your rate. Maybe look at Comp-Tac. Many OWB holsters that are cheap will not sit super snug.

If you're a lefty I have a Blackhawk I'd sell you for $25... I like it, just don't have the gun anymore. It's not the tightest riding holster I've ever worn, but certainly not the worst either.
Disclaimer:
My opinion shouldn't be taken seriously due to the fact that I've been shooting guns for over 30 years and have only recently been active on gun forums, where all the real world knowledge apparently is.
I carry 2 of my pistols OWB in kydex.
Both holster are from RKBA holsters.
They are the highest riding, and tightest fitting OWB holsters I own. Both also have sweatshields.
I can highly recommend them.

I have the theory that if i am going to spend 500 dollars on a gun, i am not going to skimp on the holster, also your gun belt has a lot to do with it....as for leather over kydex ect. is all a matter of preference, i have found i can get a custon leather holster, shark trimmed, that rides high n tight for 100 , and the quality is unbeatable, just my 2 cents..... oh, the holster I am refering to is UBG / Bonneville..... he also makes some very nice belts with the holes on 3/4 centers instead of 1 inch, for better adjustment....just an all around great holster man....

I asked my stock broker the other day, what I should be investing in ....his reply, canned goods n ammo !!!
Doesn't safariland make OWB concealed carry holsters for ~$70-75?
I also decided I don't care if it's leather or not... as long as it's good.. or at least decent.

A leather option is a UBG Bonneville.
Top notch and conceals very well.
My favorite is the Blackhawk Serpa. Interchangable paddle and belt loops for about $50
Guns don't kill people. Drivers on cell phones do.
