How do you carry in the rain???
I've been trying to find info on this an there's not much out there other then make sure u wipe the gun off a oil/clean as soon as you get home. I currently have a pf9(which runs good) and a lc9 for concealed carry. I use the pf9 when it's rainning or snowing bc it's a lower cost gun an comes with lifetime warrenty. I'm curious as to what/how you carry in bad weather. I was looking into buying a used 380 for bad weather days but haven't yet. I have used clear nail polish on my pf9 carry ammo to try an keep reliability there. What are your thoughts on this subject?
Thanks SaviorShot

Guns don't melt in the rain. They'll be fine. Wipe em down with oil every once in a while and its fine. I've been carring my M&P and sweating all over it for weeks, some how it still works?!?!? LOL.

Nail polish on your ammo? I can't see anything good happening with that.
A little moisture is not death for your firearm. You may have to perform a little extra maintenance, but thst is life. I wouldn't worry about it.

My duty gun has been soaked more times than I care to admit. Same for the PM9 that rides as backup. Both guns are still in tip top shape. Guns are not afraid of the rain!! Just make sure you take em down and wipe em with oil afterwards. You wont hurt anything...it's a bonding experience!

I carry the same as I always do. If I get completely drenched, I guess I'd dry it out/off
English is my second language, I have been told my use of it is harsh, apologies if this is the matter.

Ask anybody who has served in the military.
Quit messing with your primers, they'll be ok.
