My jeans are all button up. I just leave the top button undone, that gives me room for my iwb holster. I always wear tee shirts and polo shirts, all untucked. My wife can not tell if I am carrying, unless she brushes up against me.

Just about 40 years ago I learned why you don't wear button-flap navy bell-bottoms to a kegger.
Waaayyy too many buttons on those!
