Congratulations! Now the waiting begins. I was fortunate in Wisconsin to get my license in the mail 8 days after I submitted the application.

The instructors said there were five employees to process the ccl's and they received over 5000 applications in one week! That is why it is taking so long.

Glad to hear that citizens in Kansas are taking advantage of the right to defend themselves. Sounds like the state needs to increase their staffing in order to keep up with the demand. That's actually a good problem to have, as long as they address it.

Today I got all the paper work filled out and turned in and paid for. The lady at the sheriffs office said 75 days so at least that is a little better.

Don't celebrate yet. 100 days is still a long wait. Celebrate when you get it.
