I am going to get my carry permit, but we are also going to be moving in a few months. should I do it now and change the address after the move? or wait and do it in the county we move to?

I would do it now then change after you move.

The wife and I have done just that. Got our AZ permits in Aug. '06, we'll be moving to TX soon.
Depending on the reciprocity between GA and where you're moving to, (if it's out of state) your GA permit may be good there without getting a new permit. Other problems may arise in that case though - some states won't recognize a permit unless it's issued by the state you reside in.
I agree with everyone else here.
I live in Dallas, GA and it is going on 90 days now and no permit, so the earlier you can get it started the better off you will be.
It's not polite to call people name's, you idiot!
