Very glad that you got your permit.. Now a question for you or any other in this post. I'm not trying a hijack here but haveing just gotten his permit I'm hopeing he has the most up to date info.
In a recent Guns and Ammo mag. in the reader write in section, a guy stated that (paraphraseing) if you have to shoot in self defence, you have to pause after your first shot and "access if another shot is needed". And, that if you don't "pause" after this first shot before shooting again, you can be charged with something. ( Sorry I forget what type of "crime" he said it would be) I can't believe Texas would be THAT stupid..
