    Dear Chicago

Dear Chicago, California, DC, et al:
Something extremely unexplainable happened today. I carried my 1911 in a shoulder holster as my primary all day today. I had my Glock 19 as a backup inside my waistband, and my .380 as my back up's back up. I carried all three today at the same time. And, would you believe it-- nothing happened!
None of my 3 pistols committed a crime. At no point did I feel like I needed to whip out one of my CCW's and start shooting people. And, best of all, at no point did I shoot myself with my own guns!
What is going on?? I'm scared! According to you, all of the above should have happened, but, none did!
I'm beside myself with fear and confusion. Please help!
    Signed,
    Pscipio03

As a civilian CCW licensee you think you need to carry three guns? Now I'm scared.

    Re: Dear Chicago

Funny thing...my glock 19 and my j frame both behaved all day today as well. I thought at one point the j frame was going to hop out of my pocket and misbehave, but it was actually my cell phone in my other pocket I was feeling vibrate.

I'm just hope I'm doing it right. I mean, man, what if all they are saying isn't true? What if it's actually the person using the gun that's the issue-- not the gun itself. Talk about the earth stopping, flipping onto it's side and rotating the other direction on is axis.

I carried my 4" S&W 28-2 all day with 4 reloads and nothing happened either. I wonder if this is the start of a new trend? Strange!

Whoa, wait a minute! All day, every day, and I've never shot someone else or myself! Seems like something is happening down here in Florida too.

Even worse than that, I have been shooting firearms for 36 years, and somehow, I have managed to not shoot myself or anyone else! What's happening??? I surely must be doing something wrong!

I had half hour of dry fire practice today and all of the rounds stayed put on the table. Not a one inserted itself back into the mag to cause an ND.

I was beginning to worry, I thought I was the only one whose gun didn't turn them into a psychopathic serial killer...Whew, what a load off my mind.

    But....GUNS KILL!

Your guns must all be very defective.

Please send them to me and I'll get them fixed, trained or otherwise rehabilitated. When they're properly self acting killers, I'll return them to you.

It could be a long wait.

Most of the people I know (and a lot of people on here) carry a primary and secondary. What's wrong with adding one more to the mix? There's no law saying he/we can't carry three guns on us, so what's the problem with it? Are you for limiting the number of guns a law-abiding, permit having individual can carry on his or her person?

I would add: I won't be traveling to your city or state.
