Got a question for smith and wesson sheild owners?

I was wondering how you guys & girls carry your sheild pistols? Ankle, pocket , inside waistband?

I don't own a Shield, but I'm pretty sure it is too large to be carrying either ankle or pocket. Unless you've got some good sized pockets. I have a Springfield XD-S and it is pretty much the same size as the Shield. Too big for both ankle and pocket. I carry it appendix IWB

I carry IWB with an Old Faithful Holster, kydex, at about 4:30. And it works out GREAT!

I own two shields 9 and 40 and carry in a IWB remora, works great

I carry same as TheConcealer with a different brand. I set up about 3:30-4:00 quite comfortably. I've discovered that the Remora that fits my snubbie also fits the Shield but it's about an inch longer that it needs to be. But with deep pockets in a pair of work pants it works ok for pocket carry. But I'd have to dial it in to see if daily pocket carry was really feasible. I've only done this around the farm, out to the deer stand, up to the cross roads store, etc.

IWB with a double clip rig is probably your best bet. I had a friend over a week or so back. He hadn't tried this style rig so he put mine on for a few hours. My wife put him to work spreading pea gravel while he was wearing it. I think he's sold on that style of carry now. Check out CrossBreed or Comp-Tac Minotuar. The latter of those two sells replacement kydex shields for changing side arms....cheaper than a new holster. Good luck.
