Check the phone book under State, County and Local Government. There will be a business number for the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office somewhere in the phone book. That number may be answered by the 911 dispatch center, or it may be the main office number for the Sheriff's department, but someone at that phone number should be able to direct you to his secretary for scheduling an appointment. It's a matter of being forwarded to the correct phone extension.

    Cincinnati, Ohio 45202

Which is the place the appeal letter needs to get to
I'd start there, and then with their general numbers.

As I said, the Hamilton County Sheriff's department is large, but with some leg work you should be able to get to the right spot.

I found a number. I've started the process of Sealing my record. I'm hand delivering my Appeals letter today, as well as sending it in the mail. I have the court sending Certified disposition documents as well... I think I have everything covered thus far.
Thank you guys for all of your advice, and suggestions. I truly appreciate it.

    Welcome from Tennessee!

I'm having trouble wading through your post. Try paragraphs, use complete and not run-on sentences, check your spelling, and the word "I" is always capitalized.

Please help me (and us) help you.

Hire a lawyer who knows the gun laws of your state.

I have posted this on another thread. According to an Ohio government document on expunged records, law enforcement agencies, prosecuting attorneys, and other agencies (not specific) can still view a sealed record. So, in my opinion, while expungement of your records is still a good idea, it is no guarantee that a red flag will not appear during a concealed carry application.

Just my opinion. I am not trying to give any legal advice nor am I an attorney.
