Carrying a gun can save lives....at least it did in Casper, WY

Not sure if this has been mentioned on this forum or not, but thought it warranted a post:

Here is a story about a woman in a nail salon who pulled out her gun to stop a potential armed robbery....no one was hurt and the bad guy fled with his proverbial tail between his legs:

Always armed. Always alert. That is the only way to survive.

From what I know of Casper, WY, most folks are armed to the teeth there. Kudos to the customer for packing.

Can you try it again, I think it has been fixed. Please let me know, this internet thing gets me confused at times.

At that moment, a woman who was getting her nails done reached into her purse and got her own firearm. Police say the man never fully raised the gun and left the building after seeing the customer had her weapon out.
    Gotta love it. Bravo Zulu!

I lived in Casper for three years, Missoula before that. You really don't want to mess around out there.

I recall reading a Wyoming sheriff was once quoted as saying a carjacking attempt is usually regarded as attempted suicide.

That's a perfect example of the reason why violent crime is down in areas where law abiding citizens are able to carry.

I'll bet the BG had to change his underwear. Good for the lady who cares enough for her appearance as she does for her & others' safety.
