    LGS Experience

Theres a few LGS I visit, including this new one. I went there today since they have a wider range of guns than my normal LGS.

While I was there, this ninja began talking to me. He was going on and on about why I shouldn't buy the XDs and than went on to telling me about mercury bullets.

I know what they are but I can't believe this guy was seriously telling me about them and how to make them. I was even more shocked when the LGS owner chimed in admitting he has a batch set aside for HD.

It's bad enough when you come across a ninja in a LGS, which seems to happen on a fairly regular basis, but I'm surprised the store owner had the same mentality. I don't think I would patronize such a business after an experience like this.

I won't be. I ended up not buying the XDs. Not because of the ninja, but because the owner not only tolerated but shared the same ninja views. I'd rather pay the extra money and go to my 'home base' LGS.

I couldn't even begin to imagine the legal nightmare of a legit HD/SD case that involved such bullets.
