VA Now Honors IN. NM St Parks. NRA/GOA/CCRKBA/St.Orgs/Etc. Civil Discourse
The Virginia State Police have listed Indiana as another state they will honor. You can view the listing here:
Virginia State Police - Concealed Handgun - Reciprocity and Recognition
Indiana already honors all other states. This brings to 28 the number of states Virginia “Honors”.
Starting 1/1/13 New Mexico now allows carry in their State Parks. State law didn’t ban the carrying but State Park Administrative Rule dids. Those Admin Rules were amended in late Dec. 2012 becoming effective the first of this year.
I don’t have to tell you what is in the news lately. I never agree with anyone 100% but we are under Lethal Attack and must defend ourselves the best we can. Joining the NRA/GOA/CCRKBA/St.Orgs Etc or more than one can only help our cause. Numbers mean a lot and the more of us who belong the stronger our voice is. I highly recommend you join one or more. The biggest fights are ahead of us and we need everyone involved.
I am very proud to be a member of the Firearms Community. Seeing the filth we have been called in all branches of the media since mid December has sickened me. What I am proud of is the response of the vast majority of those in the Firearms Community. It has been civil and we haven’t lowered ourselves to the very low standards the anti’s have lowered themselves to in the last weeks. You are to be commended and I hope we all maintain that high standard in the weeks and months ahead.
The VA and IN pages will not be updated until early 1/4/13 as I am away from home until then.

Well said, Gary! It seems each year that goes by sees the general liberal population going into full howl against anything they don't like. Wisconsin was a good example when our elected Governor (Scott Walker - R) enacted a law that stopped our runaway spending. They picketed, they threw beer on opposing politicians, they all but made our capitol building a zoo & then they tried a recall election which Gov. Walker won with more votes than he had originally. Their zeal will be just as strong against gun owners, I imagine. This same Governor is the one who made WI the 49th state to have a concealed carry law.

Ok, who unchained Gary and let him get away for a few days????
Gary, thanks for making my job so much easier. I make it known in every class that handgunlaw.us is the ONLY link needed to find the most accurate and up to date info for carry laws. (even if there is a time or two during the year that you sneak out for a couple of days.)
Thanks for everything and hope your new year is a good year.

Gary, you don't get enough recognition for the job you do. Your keeping up on the laws and changes has got to be nerve racking, not to mention time consuming. What you do make things much easier on us who carry. Again Thanks.

Thank you for the kind words. Everyone likes to be told they are doing a good job at what they do. Especially when they enjoy what they are doing. I can't do what many others do in the RKBA's community so I do this.
As for getting unchained I had this great big tale about how I did that but it was really to far fetched. HA HA. I can keep up with the mail and everything but have to be at home to update the site.
