How do we maintain our positions with Idiots like this

By helping everyone understand that criminals are responsible for their own actions, and that 311M people shouldn't be made to pay for the crimes and missteps a ~few hundred thousand malefactors within our borders.

By forcing our legislatures to be peopled by honorable folk, and holding their feet/faces to the fire when they coopt and deliberately attempt to tear out the heart of the Constitution.

By forcing the judiciary to be peopled by honorable folk, and holding their feet/faces to the fire when they coopt the intent and word of the statutes put in place by our elected representatives.

By bringing back all serious forms of tarring and feathering, being run outta town on a rail, responses to treason against the Constitution and other similar ways of dealing with pond scum when they subvert our republic.

Failing that, we'll get what we get. And I fear we're failing in that ... big time. Tell your friends and neighbors, 'cause (on average) I doubt most of them appreciate it. We need about ~50M more folk to wake up and smell the cesspool. That would just about do.

In my opinion anyone that works for a College and still has any type of weapon in his locker wants to be caught so he will get his name in the news. He knew the College do not allow guns on campus but still had them.

The only overt harm has been the sensibilities of those who would disallow the people to be armed at all times.

Though, the more such stupidities occur the impact in the sort of political climate we've got is going to be very real indeed.

That being said, so long as laws exist that were legitimately passed, we're essentially acting willfully criminal if we flout those laws. I'm sure this guy knew very well that in NC having his weaponry where he had them was verboten. His problem. Just don't screw over 300M other people because of his willful acts.

Well, where I'm from, there're two ways to fight a law. You lobby to get it changed or you get arrested and fight the law in court, both are legitimate forms of political activism.
