    Happy, finally!

I've been wanting my wife to get her CWP since we've been married (2+yrs). I haven't nagged her about it at all. Just mentioned it when the subject of guns came up. This week she asked about when the classes are available and how much it costs. So now she has gotten her training certificate and just needs to get by the courthouse during business hours to fill out the forms and start her 2 week wait till she's licensed to carry. I'm glad she decided to make the move and this makes me a happy guy. I think all the gun control talk got things rolling in the right direction.

Congrats and good for her. It is good to have protection and not need it than to need it and not have it.

Congrats! I'm glad my wife (at the time of our class fiancée) was excited to get her CHL with me. This year we have to renew our permits.

    Congrats!!!

Still working on my better half...

14 years and still won't consider carrying...

She's very supportive of the fact that I carry everywhere legal though.

Good on your wife! I's always good to hear of people taking responsibility for their own safety.

I believe that most wives/girlfriends want to make their husband/boyfriends happy.

If they really knew how much it pleases us guys when they make serious efforts to obtain their permit, so they will be safer, I think many more would get the process started--and completed.

    Happy, finally!

She's glad to get it. She's not quite ready to carry, but we're at least heading in the right direction. Getting the right gun of her own will help. She likes my .357 revolver so a nice J frame might be good for her.

My wife (and her sister) spent several hours Monday applying for their CCL's (finally). Hopefully, will arrive in 3-4 weeks.
Now we both will have ours....
