    CostCo=No Guns

    CostCo discount stores across America have the policy of NO GUNS ALLOWED. When I asked them why...I got a canned response from their legal department. They said "firearms do not enhance the shopping experience and that it is to protect their employees". I explained how I was checked by the local police, fingerprinted, checked for prior convictions, don't do drugs and don't drink alchohol. Can they that about all of their other customers? Do they ask pedophiles, rapists, drug dealers, and criminals to stay out of their stores? NO, just legally armed citizens. CostCo is arbitrarily selecting gun owners to change the way they live. The dirtbags of the world are welcome at CostCo!!! It sounds like another place where you have no rights to protect yourself and family.

    Sam's Club here we come.

    It's funny when it is pointed out that the policy screens out those who have been vetted and found law-abiding, and does nothing to screen out anyone else!

    Carrying a gun doesn't "enhance the shopping experience"? Well, not in the sense that I walk the aisles and fondle my gun! But it sure does enhance the "getting-home-safely-with-my-purchase" aspect of shopping!
