    Pretty much what others said....I wear 34's, I get 36's for my CC.

    This is the belt I went with FirstSpear Line One Belt - BioThane in black/large...GREAT belt!


    My way of figureing it out was I went to a Goodwill, and got several pants (dress and jeans) in a few different sizes and found what best did it for me....was like a $15 R&D invesment.

    I went to a Goodwill and got several different pair of pants (dress & jeans). That way I had a real good idea of worked and didn't with very little $$ used.

    I did the exact same thing. 34 to 36. I'm 6'-1" and 205 and IWB a G30 very comfortably.
